- Connect with soul sisters and soul brothers
- Release what no longer serves you

Bring a journal, a pen, candles or flowers or anything else that makes your environment feel high vibe, any sacred items you’d like to energetically charge up (i.e. crystals, pendulums, jewelry) and an open heart and mind.
